Deodorizer fot cat's
litter tray
To deodorize your cat’s litter tray, sprinkle the bottom of it with Bicarbonate of Soda, and then fill with cat litter. Use just a very small amount of Bicarbonate.
Get rid of ticks
Mix half a spoonful of Bicarbonate of Soda with another of salt in ¼ litre of water. Use a spray bottle and spray your pet. Protect its sensitive areas (eyes, snout, ears, wounds etc.).
Homemade cat litter
To make homemade and biodegradable cat litter, shred a newspaper pages, wet them with warm water and add a little biodegradable detergent. Let the paper soak so it acquires consistency. Then, using a strainer, wring out the wet paper. Soak again a second time, but only using warm water, and drain again with the strainer. Over the wet newspaper, sprinkle some Bicarbonate of Soda, and knead the mixture with your hands, wring out the water well. Finally, let it dry for a day on a flat surface to get the mixture to harden. Once dry, fill the box with 2-3 cm and change weekly to keep the cat litter tray clean.
Eliminate dog and
cat's fleas
Sprinkle Bicarbonate of Soda over your pet (the proportional amount according to its size) and massage the animal so the Bicarbonate passes through the coat. Leave it for about 30 minutes. The longer you leave it, the more effect it has against fleas, you can leave it up to 1 hour. Bath the animal as usual. Make sure the animal doesn’t eat any of the Bicarbonate.
Freshen your pet
Kill any bad smells on your pet by sprinkling some Bicarbonate over its fur. Once sprinkled, massage it well into the coat including the roots. then, brush lightly. Repeat when necessary. Make sure your pet doesn’t eat the Bicarbonate while sprinkling.

For a shiny dog fur, add 2 spoons of Bicarbonate of Soda for every 1 L of water when bathing. Rinse thoroughly. Be careful with your pet’s eyes, snout and ears.
